ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE (PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS)
FREIGHT POLICY
All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse in Richmond Hill, ON and/or Calgary, AB.
We offer PREPAID FREIGHT on NET orders as follows;

SHORT OR DAMAGED GOODS
In case of shortage or damage to goods during transit:
PREPAID FREIGHT ORDERS
- Indicate on the transport waybill the number of cartons short and if the freight is damaged.
- Notify Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Our responsibility for delivery of material ends when we have a signed Bill of Lading by the transportation carrier. NOTE: We cannot credit/replace material if the transport waybill does not indicate any shortage or damage at the time of receipt. This policy is without exceptions.
COLLECT ORDERS
- Indicate on the transport waybill the number of cartons short and if the freight is damaged.
- Notify your transport carrier directly and submit a claim. Our responsibility ends when material is shipped from our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY
Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization. Returned product will be credited at the actual cost paid. Product must have been purchased within the last 12 months.
A 15% restocking and handling fee will apply to returned product.
Returns will not be accepted on discontinued or special/promo items.
