FREIGHT POLICY

All prices are F.O.B from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, ON and/or Calgary, AB. 

We offer PREPAID FREIGHT* on NET to orders as follows:

*1% Transportation Surcharge for delivery will be applied on purchase orders that reach prepaid freight.
*0% Surcharge for Pick-up and Collect Shipments.

SHORT OR DAMAGED GOODS

In case of shortage or damage to goods during transit: 

PREPAID FREIGHT ORDERS: 

  1. Indicate on the transport waybill the number of cartons short and if the freight is damaged. 

  2. Notify Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Our responsibility for the delivery of material ends when we have a signed Bill of Lading by the transportation carrier. NOTE: We cannot credit/replace material if the transport waybill does not indicate any shortage or damage at the time of receipt. This policy is without exception. 

COLLECT ORDERS: 

  1. Indicate on the transport waybill the number of cartons short and if the freight is damaged. 

  2. Notify your transport carrier directly and submit a claim. Our responsibility ends when the material is shipped from our warehouse. 

RETURN POLICY: 

Wallboard Trim & Tool Inc. will not accept returns without prior authorization. Returned products will be credited at the actual cost paid. The returned product(s)must have been purchased within the last 12 months. 

A 15% restocking and handling fee will apply to returned products. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued or special/promo items.
